I know it’s been an awful long time since I posted anything here.
I have been very busy with this new job, Summer with my son at home, and many other things.
Things have finally slowed down enough to allow me time to take care of this Tumblr again and of myself that I’ve also neglected a bit…
Happy to be back…
I fell off the wagon…badly…
Since this spring with the passing of my dad, a new job, my son at home for the summer: STRESS has been my companion.
No time for yoga, running all day, trying to keep with eating healthy but not always time to cook…
I had to explode . literally.
After this major “incident”, the organization at home is wayyyy better, I’m more relax and ready to go back exercising.
Hubby and I were able to squeeze 2 days to go to the beach next week and I cannot wait to enjoy these short but much needed vacations.
Yoga, healthy food, me-time, meditation: here I come!!!!!
